This trek will operate out of our Arizona H4H base in Yuma. Each couple will have a private bedroom accommodations during the program. To help create a more personal environment that encourages meaningful conversation and connection, participation is limited to just three couples per trek.

Throughout the experience, couples will be guided through exercises and discussions designed to strengthen communication, improve problem-solving skills, and build deeper understanding within their relationship.
